Ideal place, free breakfast, updated rooms. Breakfast with omelets and hot waffles, as for instance. Particularly good setting in the very pleasant area, near to DC and Baltimore from, the Holiday Inn Washington College Park 10000 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740-4207 and Maryland.

The location is favourable and ideal, 2 miles from Little Paint Branch Park. It is nestled in a particularly good area close to train station.

The room here was spacious with coffee/tea making amenities and a fridge; the breakfast was fantastic with delicious options like hot waffles and omelets.

The feather down blankets and the staff was awesome.

That The breakfast wasn't included with the price. I've stated other cheaper hotels just as nice that the breakfast was included. And the snacks at the desk for way too expensive for the ice cream to be melted by the time you got to your room and the candy boxes were over priced.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for internet after the 1st day.

The rooms have been recently renovated and come with a comfortable couch and sofa bed, plus the spacious bathroom is a highlight.

Someone come into in the room while my wife and I, were naked.

Asked for two wake up calls, one at 530 and one at 600am. Need to catch train at Union Station. Did not get a wake up call and front desk had no record of it. Almost missed train highly upset. Front desk seem to not care since it was not in his log book

This place offers excellent service with convenient on-site parking.

Staff was great. Location close to UMD but facilities seem dated.

Bed could use better mattress. Breakfast buffet was "encouraged" meaning they really didn't want to to order off a menu and if you were trying to avoid gluten (as I was) the only choice was the omelet at $11. A bit hefty. Parking anywhere close to entrance is a chore.

The pool hours.....there were so many people in the pool both nights we were there that my 11 year old was very disappointed. We tried to go to the pool after breakfast and found it closed from 10-5. The restaurant could use some updating. The menu listed on their website is NOT offered in their dining room. Had we known this we would have dined elsewhere. The food was average
